Lisa Matthews is a certified Biblical counselor who is passionate about helping women apply God’s word to life's issues, helping them grow in Christlikeness through the transforming power of the Scripture. She grew up as a churchgoer and was called by the Lord later in life. She has a heart for women in all stages of life, especially new believers and married women. Lisa is a staff counselor at Reigning Grace Counseling Center; headquartered in Kansas City, MO. She has a B.S. in Psychology and holds a Biblical counseling certificate from ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors). She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in biblical and theological studies at Belhaven University. Lisa’s past ministry experience includes teaching Sunday school as a jail chaplain, outreach ministry leader, missions committee, and one-on-one discipleship. Elizabeth is married to her wise and loving husband, David; they have one adult daughter and two rambunctious dogs.
